For Players & Coaches

1. How do I register as a new member?
To join the association, navigate to the Registration menu and select your role (Player, Coach, or Referee). You will need to fill out your personal details and upload the required identity and age proof documents.

2. What documents are required for registration?
You will need clear photographs/scans of:

Identity Proof: Aadhar Card or Passport.
Birth Proof: Birth Certificate, Passport, or Bonafide certificate.
Address Proof: Aadhar Card or Electricity Bill.
Photograph: A recent passport-size photo (JPEG format).

3. How do I get my Membership ID?
Once your registration is submitted and verified by the admin, your Membership ID will be generated. You can view and download your ID card from your Member Profile dashboard.

For Clubs & Organizations

1. How do I register my club/school?
Go to Registration > Organization Registration. Provide your institution's details, registration certificates, and PAN information.

2. How do I manage my team roster?
Once your organization is approved, you can log in to the Organization Dashboard. From there, you can add players to your roster, manage participation in events, and track registrations.

Common Troubleshooting
I am unable to upload my documents.
Ensure your files are in JPG or JPEG format. If the file size is very large, try resizing it below 2MB. If the problem persists, please use the contact form below.

My registration is still "Pending".
Verification usually takes 2-3 working days. Our team manually checks every document to ensure fairness in age categories. You will receive an email update once verified.
