2. Membership & Registration

Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who meet the age and qualification criteria set by KRBA for players, coaches, and referees.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false documents (ID proofs, age proofs) will lead to immediate disqualification and a ban from future events.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Conduct & Discipline

All registered members (Players, Coaches, and Officials) must adhere to the KRBA Code of Conduct:

Maintain sportsmanship and professional integrity during all tournaments.
Respect the decisions of referees and association officials.
Refrain from any activities that bring disrepute to the sport of Roll Ball or the Association.

4. Payments & Refunds

Registration Fees: All registration and affiliation fees paid to KRBA are non-refundable unless a specific event is cancelled by the Association.
Transactions: KRBA is not responsible for any failed transactions caused by third-party payment gateways or incorrect banking details.

5. Intellectual Property

You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of KRBA, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

KRBA is not liable for any injuries sustained by players during sanctioned tournaments, training camps, or matches. Players are encouraged to maintain their own personal sports insurance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership or access to the platform without notice if you violate any of these terms or engage in behavior deemed detrimental to the Association.
